This policy explains what Mallard Studios collects through mallardstudios.ai, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — not the systems Mallard operates inside a client's business, which are governed by that client's agreement.

What this site collects

This website collects information in one place: the application form at /apply. Nothing else on the site gathers personal information.

  • Your name, work email, phone number if you provide one, and role
  • Your company name, website, industry, primary location, and number of locations
  • Approximate revenue range, employee count, and monthly lead, invoice and call volumes
  • The systems you tell us you use — CRM, accounting, phone, marketing
  • What you would fix about the business, what a successful partnership looks like, your timeline, and your investment readiness

The form also records the page's referring URL and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know where an application came from.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We measure page traffic with a first-party, cookie-free analytics service provided by our hosting provider; it collects no personal information and does not follow visitors across other sites. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing requiring consent.

Standard server logs are kept by our hosting provider as part of delivering the site.

Why we collect it

To assess whether a Mallard partnership is a sensible fit for your business, and to reply to you. We review every application against fit, and we respond either way.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list because you applied.

Who sees it

Applications are reviewed by Mallard Studios. They are handled by the infrastructure providers that host this site and route our internal communications, acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We retain applications for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and delete them on request.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we will honour valid requests.

Security

Information is transmitted over TLS. We limit access to submitted applications to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
